… and we are suddenly New Yorkers. The last few months have gone so slow, but sometime last week, time drastically sped up. Now we are scrambling to pack and repack, throw all kinds of things away, and get our ducks in a row before we are off. Stressful, but exciting, nervewracking, scary, amazing and new. Our sublet seems great, only a little far out of the way. We’ll have a first little Thanksgiving alone, and Christmas with just my sister. It feels pretty good to say that we are going to do something that seems so daunting, and actually do it. I’m looking forward to Friday.
